We’ll start with an onboarding call to walk you through what to expect and what we need from you. After you grant us access to your ad accounts and share with us your raw photos and videos, our team will create your ads, launch your campaigns, and book appointments for you.

Our team will manage the entire process up to the new patient arriving for their initial appointment. With every new lead, we’ll assess and record their health concerns, advocate for your services, book real appointments.

Depending on your location and demographics, our team will determine the best ad platform to bring in new patients to your practice.

Our team will send a text message to your office to confirm that the patient showed for their appointment. We allow up to 48 hours for a response of “Yes” or “No”.

After 48 hours, no response from the office will count as a new patient show. You will only be charged for each new patient who shows up for their appointment.

Appointments can be booked using Google Calendar or MyDC and sent to your staff.

You only pay for patients that show. It’s that simple.

After you have completed our onboarding and paid the initial setup deposit, we do the rest. After each new patient appointment, you’ll simply need to confirm that the patient showed up (or did not show) within 48 hours of the appointment.
